Setting up shop this past weekend in Los Angeles—Field Study, a pop-up event which resembled a next-level camping excursion took place. We traveled down the California coastline and arrived in the City of Angels to be greeted by vintage tents, taxidermied rams and quality-made sportswear. Lined with futuristic artifacts of American western culture, we were able to converse with and sample new garments from some of our favorite designers. Most notable were the displays and racks made from rock climbing gear. While continuing with the concept of strong, timeless classics there were also the emergence of loud, vibrant patterns and colors to brighten your selection of staples. With the idea of drawing influence for future seasons and connecting with old and new friends in mind, we were able to thumb through denim, lightweight shirts and sturdy rucksacks—essentials for summer fun and exploration.
